Protecting Your Aura & Clearing Your Etheric Body with Sacred Geometry - Amanda, Joanne & Mias.
Friday 12th June 6pm - 7pm
Saturday 13th June 11am - 12pm

The human energy system consists of several layers; the physical body, the inner aura (or etheric body) and the outer aura. Chakras exist connecting these layers and are located at specific points on everyone. The entire system connects our physical body with our emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. Each human energy system connects with surrounding “external” energies and in fact with all energies in the Universe.
When we have negative emotions or limiting thoughts or, for example, take drugs or have poor nutrition, our energy system becomes distorted. Even with an extremely healthy system we can pick up crystallised thoughtforms from others as they contact our outer aura.
This workshop teaches a fun and simple way to clear the etheric body having positive effects on the entire system. It draws on specific Universal energies in combination with Sacred Geometry to provide an interactive experience that can be practiced at home. It also will teach simple ways to protect the aura.

Energy Network - with Asher Glass
Saturday June 13th - 1pm

Energy Network is a 5 stage dynamic sound meditation, it works on the basis of naturally evolving human soundscapes, through preparing a space where people feel comfortable , safe and clear minded in order to release via pure sound.
Once a person can detach from the mind and connect to their being and divine spirit with intention, sound acts as a vessel for deep release and harmonization with all that is.
The free form exploration of the soundscape created can develop in many different directions depending on what is brought up.
The 5 stages process of two dance stages, a breathing excersise and two soundscapes generates vibrations that are then intuitively direction to a particular focus for the meditation resulting in connection to the collective consciousnous and a personal state of clarity, calmness and rejuvination.

Renegade Yoga - Hosted by Yiam Red Faerie to live and improvised music - Mon 15th 9am

This workshop is suitable for anyone who loves, hates or has never done yoga. It will involve yoga but is about much more that that. We
consider the map of our body in existence. It hasn't been drawn yet.

In this 'live and alive' workshop, dancer/mover and musician will
combine and we will observe the 'flow' - of self, others, space. We
will experience and investigate the subtle and profound affect that
mover has on musician and musician on mover. We will play in and out of the sun salutation, with stillness and movement, effort and rest and conscious breath alignment.

This workshop will run for 1 1/2 hours, will include short meditation,
workout and massage. All levels will benefit and are welcome.

"My life is about movement and sound. It has taken me to many countries, many studios, performance spaces, laboratories. Moving shifts our consciousness, heals, liberates, inspires. My intention is to put us in a space where you can investigate the movement of your own consciousness. There is nothing to learn. I Look forward to seeing you.

"The individual is the sacred channel through which the infinite works." with Rebekah Ray Sat 4pm

In a nurturing environment you are invited to connect heart, soul and
voice in a musical dance that heals.
You will be introduced to gateways and games that guide you to your true
voice - a voice that is free, vibrant, powerful and authentic.
Stop judging, start celebrating, sing out, sing in spirit.

TALKS

Koa Windsong

Naturalist Koa Windsong says bush lore is a way to help children feel connected to their world

Why is it so important to help our children to connect with nature? This question says a lot about our current human society. Have we gone so far from the natural world that we as parents have to contemplate such a question? Maybe first we should ask what kind of person do we want to support our children to grow up to be?

Like most parents you probably would like your child to grow into a creative, respectful, compassionate, happy and healthy human. I’m sure you are already making choices every day to facilitate that dream. Like choosing cotton over plastic, real foods over junk foods, we intuitively know natural is better for our children. It is hardwired into us and every living thing to live in balance with nature. In fact, it’s not only the children that need to connect with nature but all of us.

So how do we help our children to interact with the natural world and not be consumed by the virtual reality of the digital age? Take the initiative and interact with nature. Grow a garden. No room? Then grow a sprout garden. My family had a ‘family patch’ and each child had their own patch. People would ask me, ‘How did you get all of your children to love vegetables?’ When a child prepares the soil, plants the seed, weeds and waters, they experience the miracle of life. Then when they harvest with heart and hands they are thrilled to eat it!

My grandmother taught me the whole earth is a garden and I passed that knowledge to my children. They learned all the wild foods and medicines and how to harvest them respectfully. This gave them incredible confidence in the bush. The child that has an intimate relation to nature will grow into a happy, healthy, self-empowered human.

Koa's grandmother was a Hopi Indian and in this video he shares some interesting insight into some Hopi signs that alert us a big change is near...
