Suncontrolspecies. The project was born in the infancy of the millennium, and over the last nearly ten years SCS has become part of the psychedelic furniture that is scattered about the outdoor and indoor Aussie dance music scenes. Never resting on a trademark, the SCS project is an experiment in progression. Inside and out, Drew’s music moves a floor while challenging the listener to keep moving forward, in style and flavour. With over 50 single releases since 2002, from the smallest, local indie labels right up to Ministry of Sound UK, plus one massive selling album on Iboga Records in 2007 finally pushed SCS into the top tier of progressive artists around the world. Drew has spent years travelling the globe playing at huge festivals and small intimate clubs alike. 2010 will see a stack of new singles, remixes and the second SCS album, which is set to redefine everything everybody thought they knew about Sun-Controllin’ Let there be light!
