Desiseq is the alias of multi-instrumentalist/producer Stephen Tan based in Melbourne, Australia. T For the over half his lifespan, melbourne based soundhead Stephen Tan has been involved in a vast spectrum of avenues in the music industry. From live sound engineering, playing in punk-rock/instrumental-noise/prog/stage bands on guitar,working as an audio engineer on several television productions to assistant engineer/producer/mixer for various EPs, musical collaborations with a handful of varying artists in respective fields as well as consistantly exploring uncharted audible terrain on his own leading him into a unique non-genre specific style that sets the desiseq sound apart from the majority of recent electronica artists. Desiseq is currently in the studio working his debut album set to be released in 2010.
